The whole experience was GOOD. The staff here was excellent, nice location.
The street itself was noisy. Dissatisfied that air con was a bit noisy.

We were overcharged for two items the bed in room 110 was not comfortable and not worth the money I would have rather had a bigger room and spent more but they said they were full

New and clean hotel. Breakfast is good. Freshly made omletts and eggs. Kings Bed room is spacy.
Hard to find without GPS. There are two Park Sorrento close by.

Very big rooms with excellent beds and the confirt level is great.
When talking on the phone with the hotel staff, I was instructed to make an on-line reservation, and they promised I will get free breakfast (being a freqent guest). When arriving at the hotel, I did not receive the free breakfast, and the staff apologized saying that they could not modify an reservation made on Booked.net...

Location was beautiful.
I had to have my room key re-set 3 times in 3 days. I arranged for a 1pm check out but was locked out of my room at 12n while I was trying to pack my car. The night I checked in, I got to the room late, unpacked and sat down to relax and found out the heater in my room didn't work.

This is a review for the King Room with Whirlpool. The room was great, very spacious, just like the bathroom, with a shower and a large whirlpool tub that opens out on the bedroom through a large window.
The staff could be more friendly, the breakfast is quite expensive, considering what we were already paying for the room.

updated classy design, close to fun shopping center with outdoor amenities including live turtles and sculpture in water feature, free coffee, water with fresh fruit always available

Location to shopping was good, and The Common nearby was handy for breakfast and dinner and well as some window shopping. Location is quiet but close to highway 405. Our room was slightly on the small side but still very clean and comfortable.
Our room was on the ground level and right next door to the gym. Operating hours are 6am-10pm but those fitness-crazy guests snuck in a bit early and we could hear the treadmill and weights being used. . We could also faintly hear the music and guests from the hotel's restaurant. I would think that if it was warmer, having the pool right outside your window would prove annoying. If you do not want to pay the $11.95-odd for breakfast, you can walk down to The Commons and grab a quick breakfast there for less.

Location is bit off of everything, but with car you can reach whatever you want (shopping malls, Fun parks etc.
